I am shopping for a Tractor/Loader/Mower combo. I haven't narrowed it beyond Deere, New Holland and possibly Kubota, but I prefer the more contemporary looks and ergonomics of Deere and New Holland. I own 10 acres of land I will be building on soon. I will need to finish mow appx. 3-3 1/2 acres, push snow and do various loader work. Maybe mow the balance of the land as a pasture if I stop having it planted. My wife will probably do alot of the mowing as she enjoys it and came from a farm as a young person. We think we want a mid-mount-mower. My question is, "Which of these three brands is easiest to install and remove the MMM and while were at it, what about ease of installation and removal of front-end-loaders? Thank you for your opinions. It seems like I have been on the verge of buying a tractor for 8 months now, but I am not on the land yet, but I also keep having just one more issue to resolve in order to make a decision! Thanks again.

I have a JD 955 with a 72" mmm & FEL. The mower takes about 15 min. to install/
take off. The loader about 1 min. A cement floor is a real plus for removing
the mower. The wheels turn sideways & after disconnecting a few things it
slides right out. I would definitely check the ease of removal/installation
before I bought any tractor. ....

I have a B2910 with 72" mmm. I am familiar with the belly decks on the Kubota B's, the Kubota Grand L's and the JD 4000 series, having shopped for and compared them all. Dont know the NH decks, but have heard they are not too easy to remove/install. I would say the JD 4000 decks are somewhat easier than the Kubota Grand L decks. By far the easiest of all is the one I have. You pull 3 spring loaded pins and drive over it. Or you can lift the front of the tractor with your loader and pull it out the side. I can do it in 3 or 4 minutes. It is also the easiest to maneuver on the ground because it is a ground contact deck with rotating gauge wheels on all 4 corners, and hence can be rolled around and manuevered quite easily even though it weighs 475 lbs. It also has a nice step welded on the left side. ....
